“ Ordered online over at Parkway today, and the order didnt go through, but it charged us the staff, and the manager was extremely rude about it. We decided to try a different place and went to this taco bell and the same thing happened, order didnt go through but it still charged us we went in expecting rude customer service again but were served by a really nice blonde women who explained that she didnt why that keeps happening but the store itself cant do anything. By this time, we were frustrated and upset, but she was really patient and understanding about the whole thing. I cant remember her name but shes blonde with piercings u really appreciate that she not only took her time explaining why she herself cant really do anything but she also told us how we could contact people to refund the money she made a really bad experience a lot less bad thank you so much! ”

“ I went at breakfast time through the drivethru and the man there was very pleasant. I usually order a sausage breakfast crunch wrap and I did this time, too. The best one I ever had! The hash brown inside had just the right amount of crispiness and everything inside was laid out evenly. But they need to stock regular coffee creamer and not just vanilla creamer. And sometimes they arent open breakfast hours like theyre supposed to be. But this visit was just right. ”

I will say that once they forgot to put an item in my bag. However, after maybe four visits they have yet to forget another item in my bag. Moral of the story?
